Welcome to hgo909 (referred to throughout as "hgo909", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). hgo909 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform providing casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery titles, and instant-win games to registered players. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between hgo909 and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the hgo909 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplementary policies referenced herein — including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of hgo909 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the hgo909 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's account at any given time, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real-money funds into a Player's Account via an approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Platform before a Withdrawal is processed.
• "Real Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using approved payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Boost, GrabPay, and approved cryptocurrency channels.
• "Platform" means the hgo909 website, mobile interface, and all associated tools, games, and services accessible at hgo909.casa.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful or restricted by applicable law.
• "Withdrawal" means a Player-initiated transfer of Real Funds from their Account Balance to a designated payout method.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on hgo909, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity);
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Territory;
• You have not previously been self-excluded, banned, or had an Account terminated by hgo909 or any affiliated platform for a breach of these Terms;
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of hgo909, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, complete, and truthful;
• You understand and accept that online gambling may carry legal risk in your jurisdiction, and you take full personal responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.

hgo909 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension.

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one Account on the hgo909 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alternative accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all associated balances and permanent termination of all linked Accounts.

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

hgo909 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) in accordance with its international licensing obligations and internal anti-fraud protocols. Before processing any Withdrawal — or at any time we have reasonable grounds to verify your identity — we may request the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the preceding three months);
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding the submitted photo ID;
• Proof of payment method ownership where required.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of satisfactory document submission. Accounts that remain unverified will have Withdrawal capabilities restricted until verification is complete.

4.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. hgo909 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access attributable to a Player's failure to safeguard their credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to hgo909 support immediately via live chat or email.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hgo909 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). All balances are denominated and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. hgo909 does not impose deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside our control.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the Account, and only to an account held in the Player's own name. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited. hgo909 processes Withdrawal requests within the timeframes set out below, subject to the completion of KYC verification and the clearance of any applicable Wagering Requirements:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay): typically within 30 minutes to 2 hours;
• Malaysian bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, FPX): typically same business day;
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: typically within 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on network congestion.

The minimum Withdrawal amount is RM100. hgo909 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any large or unusual Withdrawal request.

5.4 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Cryptocurrency deposits are credited in MYR-equivalent at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. hgo909 is not responsible for price fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of crediting. Cryptocurrency Withdrawals are processed at the rate prevailing at the time the Withdrawal request is confirmed by the Platform.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by hgo909 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to Real Funds eligible for Withdrawal. Wagering Requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated on each bonus offer page. As a general indicator, hgo909 welcome bonuses carry Wagering Requirements ranging from 10x to 35x the Bonus amount, depending on the offer selected.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Players may only claim a welcome bonus once, on their first qualifying deposit;
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash without first satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement;
• Where a Player holds both Real Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Funds will be wagered first by default;
• hgo909 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms will result in immediate cancellation of associated Bonus Funds and may result in Account termination.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and free credits that remain unused or whose Wagering Requirements have not been completed within the stated validity period (as specified in the individual promotion terms) will automatically expire and be removed from the Account Balance without further notice.

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on hgo909 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited by accredited third-party certification bodies. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are based on statistical averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual results.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on hgo909 cover a wide range of events including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and various other international sporting competitions. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted. hgo909 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an incorrect or palpably erroneous price, with the full staked amount returned to the Player's Account.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. hgo909 reserves the right to impose account-level betting limits on any Player at its sole discretion.

7.4 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round or bet settlement, hgo909 will take reasonable steps to investigate and resolve the issue. Where a malfunction materially affects the outcome of a game, hgo909 may void the relevant round and return the staked amount. The Platform will not be held liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

hgo909 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all registered Players with access to the following tools directly within their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount that can be lost within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts when a defined session duration is reached;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block access for a minimum period of six months.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hgo909 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors — any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to support immediately;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in live poker or table games;
• Placing bets designed solely to clear bonus wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent (bonus abuse);
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool;
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards hgo909 staff or other Players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying technology of the Platform.

All content on the hgo909 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, design elements, and data — is the exclusive property of hgo909 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from hgo909.

Any unauthorised use of hgo909's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable laws and will be treated accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hgo909, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from a technical malfunction;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance or unforeseen events;
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard credentials;
• Decisions made by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers that affect deposit or withdrawal processing times.

hgo909's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, personal injury, or any other liability which cannot be lawfully excluded.

12.1 Termination by hgo909

hgo909 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Continuing to operate the Account would expose hgo909 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• The Account has been inactive for a consecutive period of 12 months or more.

Upon termination for breach, hgo909 may withhold any Bonus Funds or disputed amounts pending investigation. Real Funds not subject to dispute will be returned to the Player following satisfactory KYC verification.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting hgo909 customer support via live chat or email. All outstanding Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard timeframes following closure confirmation, subject to KYC requirements being met.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which hgo909 holds its international gaming licence. By using the Platform, you agree that any dispute shall first be referred to hgo909's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, Players must submit a written complaint via email to the support address listed in Section 15 of these Terms. hgo909 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence where such rights cannot be contractually excluded.

hgo909 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
